Our red gum honey is collected from the pristine Bright area in northeastern Victoria defined by rivers, native trees, and hardworking bees.
Situated in the Victorian Alpine valley, and famous for its spring blossom and autumn foliage colours, the region is loved by the bees which source our honey.
This red gum honey has a smooth, rich, and sweet flavour. The colour varies between the batch depending on the season from amber to rich golden colour.
